Yes you saw right, there is a crafting tool for making Cigarettes. You can buy this tool on any vendor stone, but you must
have a garden, and have a crop of Tobacco in order to craft cigs.
Smoking a cig also has animations and sounds, so it actually looks like your player is smoking.
